By making a booking request through this website or by contacting us directly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all guests, including those booking on behalf of a group.
2.
All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from SkyFlight Deals. Submitting the booking form does not guarantee a reservation. Confirmation will be provided within 48 hours.
3.
Tour pricing starts from $678 per person and is subject to change. We offer a pay in installments option — full details of the installment schedule will be communicated before payment is processed. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable fees and taxes.
Comfort surcharge applies for all guests over 250 lbs. Guests 300 lbs or over require the AStar helicopter — contact us prior to booking.
4.
Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time in Alaska (AKDT/AKST).
5.
Check-in is required 45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. Late arrivals may result in a shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled tour. Late arrivals do not qualify for a refund.
6.
The following are strictly prohibited: Drones, smoking items (vapes/lighters/e-cigarettes), firearms, bags/backpacks/loose straps. Service animals are permitted only if secured in a crate. Failure to comply with safety requirements may result in removal from the tour without refund.
7.
We operate Robinson R44 and AStar helicopters. We do not guarantee helicopter type unless a private option is purchased. Parties over 2 passengers may fly in separate helicopters but will always be together for the glacier portion.
8.
Participation involves inherent risks. By booking with SkyFlight Deals, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release SkyFlight Deals from claims arising out of participation, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering adventure activities.
